Addressing Bureaucratic Mismanagement

I recently posted a petition on the whitehouse.gov web site and ask that anyone reading this take the 20 seconds it takes to sign. It does not advocate for money or social engineering or anything except a mechanism to challenge fantastic government waste. An unfortunate truth is that no one misses what never happens due to terrible management. The trillions wasted by the government is why everyone in society is still working 2000 hours per year. If anyone out there wants to see a future where pointless human toil is not the norm, it begins with challenging the stupid decisions made at the government agency level. If the budgets of government agencies were judiciously applied today, every single person in society today could be afforded 6 months off every year. All it requires is an open forum to challenge the foolish management of our government. Help me bring about a forum to challenge the decisions made by low-IQ and/or corrupt bureaucrats and sign the petition below.

 THE TITLE OF THE PETITION:

Create an internet open forum that will allow open debate on the judiciousness of government agency expenditure.

THE REASON SUCH A FORUM IS NEEDED:

Much of government expenditure is just an ATM for corporate cronies of government such as Lockheed and Boeing; hence, the $800 toilet seat. The DOD says they need $700B/year to provide for the defense of the country. In fact, a superior defense would cost 10% that number. (See https://navalvessel.blogspot.com/2018/07/a-vastly-superior-dramatically-cheaper.html )   NASA spent $1B on a single use launch pad. Access to space can be achieved for nearly a penny on the NASA dollar. (See https://access2space.blogspot.com/2018/08/affordable-access-to-space.html  )  Currently, there is no mechanism to challenge the stupidity of government agencies and their irresponsible waste of citizen taxes. By allowing an open forum to challenge the management of these agencies, it might be possible to accomplish much greater achievements at fantastically lower costs.
